Meet the team


Neil is a multi skilled individual with many years success, gained in various work establishments, including International sales directorships, National Account Management and was the mastermind behind one of the most successful workforce development marketing programs in UK history, that delivered a £135 million training initiative on behalf of the European Union. Neil has over 30 years experience in Sales and Marketing, training and development and the franchise industry, holding both directorships and business consultant positions. He has held senior executive roles within the motor industry representing some of the largest manufacturers in the world. With 10 years experience within the public sector arena, Neil also was the key figurehead and mastermind behind the Hull College Group’s Commercial wide restructure. He has help secured numerous UK and European contracts for various partner organisations. A problem solver, organiser, motivator and most importantly a team player, Neil has always been willing to go the extra mile to make those around him successful.


With a back ground in Customer Service and Administration spanning 20 years, ranging from small business to large Global corporates, Deborah has gained her experience and knowledge through working her way up the ladder. Her determination and passion for Customer Experience runs in her blood. Along the way Deborah has gained further experience in National project management, with her key strength being organisation. Add to this a further 10 years in roles held in senior management, she has developed skills in HR, Key Stakeholder awareness, Influencing and Communication. In her time, she has dealt with the on-boarding of multi million pound contracts and off shoring call center departments, all to successful conclusions and this is credit to the way Deborah approaches her work and the tasks in hand. Deborah is hard working, conscientious and committed to anything that she turns her hand to.  


From his early beginnings in the sales industry to the legal and banking business on an international arena, James has acquired an extensive theoretical and practical knowledge of how to plan, design, start and effectively run the variety of businesses throughout the past 15 years. James is a practiced solicitor and held the position of economic research analyst at Ludwig Von Mises Institute – the largest free market think-tank in the world, He has also been the executive board advisor on both venture capital and SME profile businesses. James has been a member of the Government Monetary Committee to present an opinion on the Euro Implementation Process in Poland, worked with the Gazprom Development Committee during his stay in Moscow, and eventually, had a chance to give a legal opinion to the Russian Government on the Nord Stream 2 link project (€8.8B project). He holds both an MA in Law and Economics and BA in Philosophy.


Carla started her career in Sales and New Business Development at entry level and soon exceeded targets and expectations, particularly with an unreceptive customer base, whom employers had lost prior to Carla’s appointment. Carla has a strong customer focus, a good eye for detail, is constantly looking for improved service levels and increased sales growth. She held a Directorship for a new business with little working capital and grew the business to achieve a turnover of over £1million within the first 24 months of trading. Carla demonstrates excellent relationship building skills and succeeded in securing large value accounts with Blue Chips companies, particularly in the Robotic, Aerospace, Automotive, Construction and Food Industry markets. Carla is a proactive team player, has extensive experience in change management and strives for continuous improvements in all she peruses.


Charles is an experienced leadership/management and change management specialist with demonstrable success in project managing organisational change through people, culture and process development. Using a range of psychometric and standard change models, he is able to operate at Board, SMT and operational levels, by applying commercial, technology and behavioural skills to win the hearts and minds of an organisation and the facilitation experience to deliver on the needs of the programme. Charles has worked across a wide range of sectors including Automotive, I.T, Higher Education, Health and Pharmaceutical, Hotels, Retail and both local and Central Government.
